EPG service not working???

I have noticed that ALL of my digital broadcast (over-the-air) stations now show-up as "No Data" in the EPG. Accoring to the trouble-shooting FAQ, I need to check to see if the EPG update failed.

Unfortunately, the documentation doesn't appear to line-up with the interface. I am using SageTV 6.3.10 and I am supposed to goto Setup->System Information. However, there IS NO "System Information" selection on the UI, so I am not sure how to check to see what is happening here.

I have a DUAL-Tuner combo card from AverMedia (PCI-e) and have an ATSC Antenna on the ATSC portion of the card, and a satellite STB on the NTSC portion of the card. The NTSC feed uses XMLTV for it's input, but I want to use the SageTV EPG service for the ATSC portion.

This was working (at least I thought it was) at one point, but it doesn't appear to be now.

How do I force SageTV to update the EPG and find out if this is working or not with 6.3.10?

Ok, I think I am following the right trail here....

The NTSC tuner on my dual tuner card needs to use an XML feed to populate SageTV with programming information for the tuner - which is working flawlessly I might say

Now, I decided to re-do the ATSC tuner on the dual card and when I get to the point to pick the feed source (Over the air antenna), I get the list of xml files used to populate the NTSC card.

Is there any way to get SageTV to actually use the zap2it/sageTV service for the ATSC portion of the tuner and leave the NTSC xml files alone?
