Can I record HD channels using PVR-USB2?
I am waiting a little bit to order the new PVR HD device but in anticipation I've just ordered HD from my CableCo.
Can I record the HD channel using a SD tuner like the PVR-USB2 using S-video? I know it will not record in the HD format but if I can do it, will it be a better quality record then the same SD channel would give me?

I'm doing that for now -- the box's svideo output is SD, so any SD tuner could record that. You end up with the 16x9 image inside the 4x3 SD recording, with black bars or whether color bars the box puts around it.
