Music folders

I originally posted this in the software forum, but Andy made me realize that the default STV operates differently than SageMC in this regard, so I am posting here....
In a nutshell, I would like to be able to select a MUSIC folder while browsing my music media and play the entire folder (I have my albums organized into folders). I can't seem to do this in SageMC, is there a way?

You need to get your ID3 tags with the proper album, track, artist, ect.. Then you can organize your music any way you want. Its worth it to spend the time.

You can also browse your songs by Folder instead of Artist or Album then play the folder.

Actually, I can't seem to do this in SageMC. Whenever I highlight a folder and press play, it just plays every song I have on my HDD instead of just playing the folder.

Maybe because you don't have your mp3 tagged?

Go into the folder that contains all of the tracks that you wish to play then select play. All files in the selected folder (and files in subdirectories) will be added to the playlist.

Here are some pics;

I tend to agree with technazz though that it's worth making sure that your metadata is right. The regular album, artist etc views work much better than folder view imho.
