HVR-1600 and Windows 2008

Has anyone successfully gotten this combination of hardware and OS to work? I followed the guide here: http://www.hauppauge.co.uk/board/sho...t=14850&page=7 but Sage still gives me the error of no tuners were able to tune the selected channel.
