Anyone else having music playback probs in 2.0.11?

On both my client and my server I get directshow playback can't connect to pin errors that close sage no matter what audio renderer I use. Is anyone else experiencing this? BTW, I'm using a network mapped drive for my music library (mounting my mac disc where I manage my music via iTunes). I've check to make sure that the drive is connected and I can play music on the server outside of sage without a problem.

Just wanted to see if I was the only one before I filed a bug... maybe I just have a configuration problem.

I am working without a hitch... Still some issues with the Playlists but the music and album covers are working fine.

Thomas --

Is it all you music that can't play? I'm relatively new to Sage (had it for about two days now) but I've downloaded the 2.0.12 version and am having a similar problem. However, SOME of my music plays. I'm fairly certain that the music that doesn't play is stuff I ripped from my own cd's via iTunes (i.e. it's got copyright protections). Stuff that I ripped with older, non copyright-encoding software or downloaded from the web plays just fine... See if that helps you at all...

Nope. Whatever it was, was fixed with .12. BTW, there is no DRM on files ripped from cds in iTunes, only ones bought from the ITMS. However, you might be encoding them to AAC, which is not supported in Sage, instead of mp3. Almost my entire collection was ripped from cds in iTunes and all the ones that I have tried work.

I'm in beta .12 and I still can't play a majority of my MP3's. I tossed in a bug report when the beta was first released.
