Vista 64 Recording playback issues HELP!!!

I recently switched my OS from XP to Vista 64. I am using SageTV 6.3. I am having issues configuring the two Hauppage HVR-1600. When ever I attempt to configure them I get a playback error and they are unable to search for any channels. I am able to use the tuners using Media Center so I know they are installed properly.

In addition to that which they are more than likely tied together is that I cannot play any old recordings or videos which I was able to play on XP. If I open up the files using WMP they play fine.

So the current settings I am using which were working just fine on one of my client's that is using Vista Ultimate 32 is as follows:
- Video Renderer: Overlay
- MPEG2 Decoder: Cyberlink
- DSCaler Deinterlacing Filter: Disabled
- Audio Renderer: Speakers (Realtek)
- MPEG2 Audio Decoder: AC3Filter

So far I have switched the Video Renderer to Overlay, Default, and VMR9 but still no playback. Thanks in advance for your help.

Looks like after uninstalling 6.3.5 and then manually removing any left over folders in program files and in the registry and then installing 6.3.10 fixed the issue. Now hopefully configuring the TV tuners for QAM HD channels wont be as difficult as it was before.
