Custom OSD for SageMC

Hey Dirk and Mike - could you guys consider adding hooks to the next release like we did a while back on the mini-guide. I'd like to customize the progress bar and information OSD's to visually match a new mini-guide I've got cooked up - and it makes STVi creation SO much easier when there's a clean place to link to - rather than replacing the old code.

Just something to consider.
