Sagetv and closed caption information
Asking for someone who is looking into HTPC sotfware.
1) Does SageTv pass/record Closed Caption information ? 2)Can SageTV transfer to DVD recorder Closed Caption information ? Thanks

Well, theoretically I believe that the latest happauge drivers are supposed to be able to capture the cc info. I would think that if it was in the mpeg stream, sage really wouldn't have much to do with it. But there have been a couple of threads on this and I don't recall anyone saying that they had been able to get it to work. I can't really claim to understand the issues, though.
