Recording analog and QAM HD at the same time

May seem like an odd question, but I've recently ventured into the world of HDTV, and am still in the transition phase.

I have 4 analog tuners recording analog standard-def from four Dish Network receivers, and I now have one HDHomeRun hooked up to one QAM source for my local channels.

If I schedule a show to record on NBC tonight at 8 on the analog, and I schedule the same show to record on the NBC-DT channel from QAM, since they're the same show name/episode ID/etc., will there be a problem with the MPG file that Sage writes to? Will they interfere with each other?

Ok, thanks.. Guess I should have researched more, it uses the airing ID in the name of the file and the 2 are different.
