New SageTV Beta for Mac V6.4.0

Fixes:
- Placeshifter not playing video when connecting to a version 6.3 server
- UI scaling incorrectly when animations are turned off
- Fixed exceptions when attempting to parse exif data
- Added delay when waking from system sleep to allow system services to come back online before resuming

Howdy All!

We've got a new Mac beta again for you all to test out. Sorry it took so long; but we made lots of significant changes to it internally in order to get it to perform at the level we wanted.

Here's the release notes for this build (just Mac specific):

- New Quartz based renderer, should work on ALL Macs that are supported
- Improved performance/stability at higher resolutions (e.g., full screen 1920x1200)
- Updated the HVR-950 driver to work with the new el gato USB VID/PID (and correctly sets the IR receiver frequency)
- Pinnacle PCTV HD Pro (model 800e, USB VID/PID 0x2304/0x0227) support
- HDHomeRun working better now
- Fixed the placeshifter showing only a black window under certain conditions

Known issues:
- Hauppauge HVR-950 may not behave correctly when running on Mac OS X
10.4.6 and later, usually hotplugging the device will correct it when it acts up
