Placeshifter UI (Menu) Corruption. Please Help
Hi,
i just purchased SageTV and Placeshifter. I installed it on my Server and this works fine. If i run Placeshifter from my Desktop PC (ATI HD2900XT graphicscard, DX9, WinXP Prof) all is fine. But if i run the Placeshifter from my Laptop (where i want to use it most of the time) there is a corruption on the User Interface (see Attachment). (Laptop: with Nvidia 7600 go graphics, WinXP Pro, DX9, 2 GB Ram) It seems like all the menues i have been to are stacked over each other. With this issue i'm not able to use the interface as i need to. Its very annoying. Does anyone know this problem and how to solve it ? thanks in advance. Himmi

Check to see if Java is up to date on that PC. If the latest version of Java is installed, make sure the older versions have been removed.

I had this same problem with sage client, and found that I had 3 versions of java installed. Removing all but the latest solved the problem as opus4 has sugested
