Restart PC Button?

Like the button that lets you shutdown SageTV etc., is there a way to have a button on the main page that would let you shutdown/restart the PC?

TIA,

Nick.

You can add a custom command to the Exit menu which you can link to any executable or script. It can be configured somewhere in the SageMC options, I can check tonight in case you can't find it.

I use EventGhost's command line interface to do all sorts of stuff from dynamic menus. I control all my AV gear, scene lighting, the MVPs bunches of stuff simply through command line utilities.

EDIT: Included is Shutdown, Restart and Defragment media too.

Thanks Guys,

I went with the custom exit command, and used nircmdc.exe.

Use a batch or Eventghost/girder macro to stop SageTV.exe and restart it. I have this linked also to a button on the remote.

Insert SageTVClient.exe on client, optionally you could use netstop and netstop to control SageTVService if you wanted to cycle that too.
