Missing Recordings and Program Data

First, let me say how much I hate you people that have computers that manage to use Standby satisfactorily. I swear I've had nothing but trouble with standby on every computer I've ever owned.

Anyway, I had a problem coming out of standby last night on my new machine, and had to reboot, which resulting in Vista finding some orphaned files, etc.

After that, Sage has no program guide and the recordings previously done don't show up, even though they're in the correct directory. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Sage, and no change.

What to do?

Look for your wiz.bin backup and hope that's not corrupted too. It sounds like files got corrupted especially if Windows reports orphaned files.

What if it was corrupted? Do I just delete it and the backup?
