MVP + HD-100 License

Hello,

I recently purchased an HD-100 to replace my client computer for my living room TV. I also have an MVP located in the bedroom.

Upon purchasing a HD-100, I received another extender license which I entered into the server.

Unfortunately, I can't use both my MVP and HD-100 at the same time (I'm told that I don't have enough licenses). When I try to enter the license codes again, I get a message telling me that the code has been entered.

Has anyone else run across this problem?

Does the license program show that you have 2 valid licenses?

Did you completely close SageTV on the server before registering the new license? If not, close SageTV, unregister the new license & then add it again.
