Pvr 150 vs 1800

I have a Hauppauge PVR150 that I can return within 30 days. I am thinking of sending it back and getting an 1800. Would I be losing anything? The way I see it I'll be able to run the same setup with my STB AND pull in OTA or QAM at the same time, is this correct?

I don't have a 150 - but overall I'm happy with my 1800. Yes, it does both SD via STB and HD via OTA or QAM (I use OTA so I can't speak to QAM)

Does this come with a IR blaster (to change the channels on the cable box?) If it does...does it work with sage?

Thank you......I guess I'll get the 1800 packaged with the Hauppauge IR blaster instead (NON MCE version). It is my understanding that this would work with SageTv.
