Has anyone had any problems with USB-UIRT on dual installs?

Has anyone had any problems with USB-UIRT on dual installs?

If I install 1.4 then upgrade to 2.0 the UIRT works, but then when I install 1.4 into a different directory and do the change->repair it kills the USB-UIRT from working with sage. Uninstalling 2.0 doesn't get it to work with 1.4 again. The only way I can get it to work with 1.4 again is to un-install re-install 1.4
