Placeshifter stopped streaming video

I had the placeshifter working flawlessly, but unfortunately SageTV wasn't running flawlessly on my nice new HTPC so I flattened the hard-drive and reinstalled a completely clean/fresh install of drivers and OS. Everything is now running fine on the HTPC.
--Now there is no sound or video and the indicator indicates no streaming "0 Kbps" and no bars when viewing Live or Recorded TV.
--The placeshifter looks to be running fine. It logs me in and everything looks and responds as it did before.
--My photo's all show up fine, my music play w/o a hitch.
--There has been no change to the network or the laptop.

The only difference was the version change from 6.3.?6 to 6.3.10.166. I have now installed the most recent Placeshifter on the laptop and it is responding the same way.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.... I'm getting tired of messing with the system and would like to just watch and enjoy it. Actually, my wife is even more eager for me to quit screwing with it so she can watch it....

I should add I am running Vista on the HTPC and when I did the reinstall, I installed Vista SP-1 as well.

My placeshifter runs fine on local LAN. ON WAN I get loged in ok and I get menu but no audio or video.

My port is open and firewalls are turned off.

I tried reinstalling both SAGE and placeshifter with no help.

I am running XP pro with a powerfull computer.

If I log on to my main WAN address in Placeshifter from my home. Should I be able to connect and stream Live TV anf recorder stuff. When I try this I see my video thumnails and can play music files only. It works fine with local lan address.
