Danish TV2 choppy display quality

I'm receiving DR1, DR2 and TV2 on the same channel from the same transmitter in Denmark.

Quality is excellent for DR1 and DR2, but TV2 is very "choppy". It can't be bad reception (can it?) as they come from the same digital multiplex.

I'm using WinDVD as the MPEG decoder, anyone else seen this problem and/or got a solution or suggestion?
