Get "No Video Capture Devices were found" for Mac MyTV PVR

Hi all, i'm really new to SageTV.

I own a intel based Macbook pro. I have the MyTV PVR for Mac. SageTV is listed on Hauppauge.com for that device as a third party alternative. Although the install i think messed up, i have the 3.6.9 installed on my mac (which is compatable with SageTV). When i try to run SageTV though, it still comes up with no installed devices. the USB is plugged in, anyone have the MyTV PVR thing and know what to do?


EDIT: Actually, i got it to recognize, but for some reason now it's 80% of the time really bad quality (pixelated to the point where it looks like one of those censor pixel blurs). Sometimes i can get it to not do it, others can't, and now it quits when i try to put it on composite sometimes. I'm confused, i'm running a 29xxx machine with the 3.6.9 MyTV/X.APP drivers.

I am also having the same issue. I really want to try the software before I decide to spend the money on it, but I cannot get it to detect my tuner
