Delete comskip file won't go away.

If I delete a comskip .txt or .edl file it's deleted from the folder. But when I rescan the mpg file (after tuning comskip) the original, deleted .txt file marks are still used by SageTV. Even after re-starting SageTV and/or re-booting the PC and whether I delete the file manually or through the SageTV menus. The commercial marks set by the original .txt file remain in effect each time I play the video file.

Is there a way to make SageTV use the newer .txt file?

Thanks,
les
