changing channels from LiveTV Guide is somewhat hit or miss

I'm seeing about 65% success rate trying to change channels from LiveTV guide on the client.

When it doesn't work, it simply continues to play from the channel that was last changed to. Repeated attempts to get it unstuck seem most of the time to eventually overcome this. One time I gave up and restarted the client and the server, which also did the trick.

Anybody else experiencing this?

I have experienced it once. I had to reboot Sage also to cure it.

I have had this too. Except Sage seems to be very slow to respond to the page down button on the keyboard, and of I press page down to many times sage just exits.

I think I might have figured this one out... at least for some cases.

If SageTV (server) is recording something on all tuners then SageTVClient just quietly disobeys the channel change request. In 1.4 it would have asked whether or not you wanted to abandon a recording.
