Problems with Plugin :(

So I just set it up on another friends machine and I can access his queue and regular movies but go to watch it now, click on a category and get a blank list!

What happened??

I already reinstalled sage, reinstalled a full version of sageMC and an installed the Netflix plugin again. Still no dice.

Make sure the netflix plugin was the FIRST thing you add after adding SageMC.

never mind! It turns out my friend is a dork and cant get his password entered correctly. So now I know that for some reason you can access the queue without the correct password and browse regular DVDs. Go figure.

Sorry!

Yes, the queue data is read using the rss channel which only uses the Pxxxxxxx id code and not the username/password.

If anybody knows of any specific plugin that the NetFlix cannot be installed afterwards let me know and I will check for a conflict and fix it for the next update.

Double check your NetFlix ID code. The Pxxxxxxxx that shows up on the RSS info page. It is a long code.

I just came across this plugin and WOW! I never knew this would ever be possible with the ondemand movies via Sage. I got the ondemand movies working via Girder and must say this is a really cool plugin. Great JOB!. Chad

Any update on the search dialog being corrupted by this plugin [mesage 174 in this thread] -- or was there a fix I missed?

Thanks, Sam

Is there a way to disable the screen saver when watching a on demand movie? I would like to keep the slide show option on, but have it disabled when watching a on demand movie. Chad

Hmmm. I hadn't noticed my screen saver kicking in on that but maybe I have it set for a long time. I have an idea to prevent that. I have some catching up to do on my list...

That did it! Thanks.

For some reason I thought it was the id at the bottom of my account page where it says Your customer identification number is:.

Speaking of the netflix ID code, one feature I'd like to see is a way to paste the key from the clipboard. I'm assuming this isn't already possible (correct me if I'm wrong) as I spent a painful amount of time typing in the incredibly long code into my client PC recently. After doing that I realized I can go into the file itself and type it in, but it would be nice to be able to do it from the 10-foot interface.

I just cut/pasted mine into the SageClient.properties file. Chad

Yeah thats what I ended up doing after typing it in using the SageTV interface with one wrong character. Still it would be nice to be able to do this from the SageTV plugin menu also.

Great! I have mine set for 20 min, but it's easy to change or I can just disable it. My wife likes the picture slide show for the screen saver, maybe I can check to see if I can just program a button the remote for her to turn that on with. BTW I see you are from Oak Ridge. My buddies and I have been there a few times riding dirt bikes! Chad

CRTL-C, CRTL-V worked just fine for me into the Sage Interface. Never had to edit any files.

Hey -

This plugin is most excellent. Quick question though -- when looking at TV shows (The office Season 1 for instance), is there a way to list and view the individual episodes? I can only see and view the entire season...
