updated software to 6.3 and all my settings are gone

I updated my software from 6.2 to 6.3 and all of my settings are missing.

My “favorites” recording schedules are gone, and all of the programs I have previously recorded with sage don’t show up in the sage recording folder.
I can find them if I do a search, but then it displays the programs in a jumbled up mess. It would be nearly impossible to find a program to watch in a timely fashion (I have close to 800 gigs of video on my computer that I recorded with sage.)

Any ideas how I can restore my original settings and have my videos show in the sage recordings folder?

Hopefully you backed up your original Sage installation. You need to restore the Wiz.bin file. That is the file that keeps track of your recordings and favorites.

Are you sure you installed into the same directory as your previous version? If not, uninstall the new version and install again into that previous directory.
