OS X crashes w/ MyTV.PVR

Hi, I'm looking for some help, recently it seems that if I leave the mac on overnight or put it to sleep, when I go back to it in the morning I get the "you need to restart your computer" message (kernel panic?) from OS X. I believe this may be related to the MyTV.PVR box because it seems to happen even when SageTV has not run. Also I disco'ed the USB cable from the MyTV box and the issue seems to have stopped.

Anyway, I'm posting here because you know Hauppauge doesn't give a horses patoot.

Thanks for any help.

Setup:

OS 10.4.latest
G4 867 Mhz DP mirror door, 1 GB
iogear USB 2.0 PCI adapter
