Remote not changing channels?

I got SageTV 6.2 running with DVBdream. I just bought a MCE remote (http://www.anywareus.com/products/misc/gpir02bk.html. The problem I have is that I cannot just press 200 and get CNN, the 2 will show, but no numbers after that work. This happens in LiveTV and EPG mode.

Any ideas?
