Bare bones or motherboard suggestions

I want to get something faster for use for capture and authoring. So, I'd like suggestions for either a "bare bones" or motherboard combo to implement the following:

Criteria:
$350 or so total cost for motherboard, processor, fan, memory.
Minimum 2.4Ghz P4
533Mhz FSB, 800Mhz FSB preferred
Minimum 512MB RAM
AGP slot (4x or 8x)
3 PCI slots
If barebones - must hold 2 CD/DVD drives, and 2 hard drives, and have an adequate P/S to power it all.
REPUTABLE MANUFACTURER (esp. if barebones suggestion).
ONLY UNITS THAT SOMEONE HAS PURCHASED/ASSEMBLED IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS (mobo's change too much for something you did last year - sorry).

I don't mind getting something from HP, etc. that is a small unit - as long as the WinTV PVR 350 will fit in it.

Re: Bare bones or motherboard suggestions

If thats what your willing to spend...build your own. The same config will cost you around $300 from a place like newegg.com

and you dont have to compromise quality..

I dont know why, but I decided to create a small example of what you could build for $350

http://secure.newegg.com/app/WishR.asp?ID=573683

Your mileage may vary..

I.

That's almost exaclty what I'd have built but here are two things to consider.

With and 800MHz P4 in an 865 (or 875) you want two sticks of matched Ram to take advantage of the Dual channel configuration.
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...145-477&depa=1

Second, Intel is dropping prices on Feb 2 so you could get a 2.8GHz for about $10 more than the 2.4. Also the new Prescott based P4s will be out soon also. They will have twice the cache of the current P4s plus new SSE so it may be faster than the current P4s of the same speed but it will also have a longer pipeline and could easily be slower than current models.
