Transcoder executable is missing!!!

I tried out the new 6.3.6 beta. Unlike the production version, this one spits up the following when trying to access videos downloaded off of the Internet or in the Imported Video folder:

Mon 1/14 11:14:08.727 ERROR Occured in core of Ministry:java.lang.RuntimeException: Transcoder executable is missing!!!
Mon 1/14 11:14:08.727 java.lang.RuntimeException: Transcoder executable is missing!!!

Any idea what's causing that? I can start the older (production) version and it works fine. Note: They're both on the same system.

Getting the following when attempting to convert a video(SD or HD) to any of the listed formats.

Do I require 3rd party software to get conversions to work? I'm running version 6.6.2 on Fedora Linux. Anyone else having similiar problems?
