In options I don't see anything about audio or language.

Are you using the default STV with the latest version of SageTV?

On the laptop and the server I am using the same stuff. I am using Sage MC for my HD100s which run with the proper language.

try to do it with default STV (not Sage MC).

Again the laptop isn't using MC and it's playing the foreign languages. No theme is on the laptop giving me trouble.

This still doesn't work on my laptop. I have no language options in Sage.

Also how do you disable the subtitles / closed captioning on the HD200?

Have you tried tsMuxer or TsRemux? Both free downloads, and very reliable.
