HVR-1600 and tuning OTA

Just installed my 1600 card, and purchased an antenna from radio shack. My question is what I cant seem to tune into any stations. When going through the setup with Wintv, It picks up all stations that are Public Television and thats all, those are all the stations it labels @ ATSC source, but when I scan for other stations I get nothing. And when SageTv is up and configured for OTA here in Milwaukee, WI, I get nothing but fuzzy picture????

I may have answered my own question, appears I need to have SAGE rescan all my channels, I THINK.

Still no luck, was able to get all the channels in wintv, but the channels in sage are all the lower number channels, and the channels that come in for wintv are all in the 1000's
