No audio from transcoded HD on MVP?

I recorded last Sundays Chargers game in HD from my HDHOMERUN, and it looked and sounded beautiful in HD through the HD Extender.. unfortunately I had to give up that TV so my kids could use the WII that Santa brought them, which forced me out into another room that has only the MVP to stream to my TV (Sure would like to order another HD Extender!!!!!)... anyhow, the video transcoded fine, but I got NO AUDIO!! I tried this on my OTHER MVP (really really really would like to get another HD Extender!!!), and it too gets no audio!!! I have just discovered that Placeshifter also produces no audio from that recording..

Most recordings seem to do fine, just have run into this a couple times..

Anybody else have this happen? Any solutions?

I've emailed SageTV about it, but haven't heard from them yet.

Just running into this issue. Plays fine in Windows media player, but not on placeshifter or MVP. Only HD shows on certain channels.

Same here. Upgraded to an HD Homerun and no audio on the MVP. I have a very unhappy two-year old who wants audio on PBS-Kids recordings.

Anybody out there at Sage TV working on this problem? About a third of some Ruff-Ruffman shows I have to save have various problems. Some digitally recorded shows which have been transcoded play back very jerky using Sage. Some won't play back with audio using VLC media player, Media coder. Sage can always play the source files fine, but something is definitely wrong with the transcoder properly seeing this source file and outputting a usable output. Even my commercial DVD player won't play correctly (missing audio or jerky playback).

The audio issue on the MVP was reported to Sage and the problem will be corrected in the next release.
edit: The lack of audio I reported was for music files.

I'm seeing this as well tonight.. trying to watch the Grammy broadcast from a HDHR.. well.. I can WATCH it.. but there is NO sound.. Funny in that I'd be okay if there was sound and no video for the Grammy awards.. if this was the Academy Awards, I'd probably be ok with no sound!

Guess the next question is.. WHEN will the next version be released so we can hear what we recorded??
