Sage 6.3 MVP pixelation

The standard def (NTSC) MVP has this unpleasant and undesired problem where the picture becomes heavily "pixelated", like hundreds of decoding blocks, frozen in place for 1-2 seconds. Every time you skip forward/back, as we do to jump past commercials or unwanted segments.

Sage Tech Support long ago acknowledged the problem is intrinsic to all versions. I am using 6.2.

this does not happen with Hauppauge's software. Does not happen with Sage's PC Client software.

I didn't see that this was corrected any of the last 3 or so releases.
