Files Will not play (sound issue?)

This is the text I sent in my second service request. I first sent in a request for tech support about a week ago, but received no response. I decided to assume this was do to a technical error and not a human problem, and recent my request. Here is the text I sent. Does anyone on the forum have a suggestion?

This is my second attempt to send a service request. I accept that the first one may not have gone through due to a technical blunder. However, if I don't receive help, I would like to request a refund. I am hopeful that my problem can be solved. I used a 14 day trial and was very pleased with the sage TV software. A few months later I purchased the software and hooked my tuner back up to my computer and have not had any success since. It is not possible to watch TV or play recordings. The software seems to be able to record, but the files do not have any sounds when exported to itunes and will not play at all in sage. When I attempt to play nay file, SageTV ethier crashes or delivers some sort of error message about audio. Is this a fixable problem, or should I request a refund? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Check your spam filters to see if any response went there. If you used email to send it, try it from another email address.

I'm not sure that anyone can make suggestions for you on the forum, however, because you said nothing about what operating system you are using, what tuner, what decoder, etc.

O gosh! I meant to include that in the post. Thanks for pointed that out.
I have windows XP and the latest version of Sage (just recently downloaded)
My tuner is the Pincalce PCTV HD Pro USB TV Stick
