HD Extender delay starting video?

Anyone else seeing a lag in starting to play video when selecting a movie or something from their video library? I've been testing the SD MVP and HD extender back and forth this morning - I've found several files that give the HD extender fits that the SD extender handles ok (already opened a case for this), but the other thing I noticed is the old MVP starts playing these files just about immediately - even when transcoding from the server is necessary (i.e. DivX files). However the HD extender has several seconds of lag before the video starts on most of these files - it's pretty noticable.

Not a huge deal, just wondering if there's some magic property file tweeks to adjust for this type of thing - I'm guessing it's a buffer option of some sort...

I have seen the same thing. 5 - 6 seconds before it starts playing a video. DVDs and xvid files seem to have the same behavior.

I have seen this too. Pretty random when it happens. Most of the time everything plays right away, but other times, I will press on Enter/OK on the remote for "Watch Now" and nothing happens. I'll hit Enter/OK a couple more times and still nothing. Finally, if I just wait, it just starts up. Happened twice today, once with a recording in the Sage Recordings list and another time with starting a DVD.
