Recording stops before game is over.
A few weeks ago, the football game being recorded went into overtime ... beyond the scheduled time on the program guide ... did not record the end of the game. Any suggestions?

You can either add padding to the scheduled recording, or check the List of available customizations for the Recording Extender (at the bottom of the 1st post).
Edit: this was posted before noticing there were duplcate threads for the topic. - Andy

Thanks to both! I was unaware customizations like this existed. What other customizations are your favorites? Which commercial skips do you like?

Well, the recorder extender has worked great ... until tonight. The recorder stopped with under two minutes to play in the NFC football championship ... and ended up missing the overtime.

don't worry, Farve's interception was not pretty, especially in HD. and this time, the kick was straight down the upright and had the leg. Really, I am not happy about the situation. Hopefully the Giants can beat NE in the Superbowl.

Well, if the Superbowl is not recorded to the end I will not be that upset as I (And almost all of America) already know the outocme of the game... Sure hope I don't have to eat these words though. Prediction: NE = 34 NY = 21
