6.3.3 & Virgin Media UK

I have tried the new beta with a FireDTV-C and VM UK but get the same results as with 6.2.

Sage gets about 2/3 through the channel scan and then sagetvservice stops. After I restart the service, only a few channels that are found decrypt successfully and even some of the FTA channels don't display. Does anybody else have this working correctly? It all works on my system with DVBViewer.

No, channel scans haven't worked for me for the last few versions, they completely crash the UI (I don't use the service). Haven't had the time to chase up with Sage, I suggest you file a bug report...

Thanks.

Already filed a bug report, I was assuming that was why they put a fix in the latest beta.

Does the FireDTV-C work with any providers or is a just a VM related problem?

I assume it's a VM thing, chances are there's data on the stream from that particular channel/mux that's causing Sage to crap out. Normally I would have reported it but as I'm still using a Network Encoder (until I have time to test the new filter feature again) I just ignored it...

Are you planning on using it just for FTA channels?

No using sage for encrypted channels too. A few channels clear but not many. The file created by sage after the channel scan (can't remember what it's called) looks corrupted, may be that's the problem.
