Can R5000 and HDHomerun (QAM BDA) both use the same channel linups?
Can R5000 Comcast cable and HDHomerun (QAM BDA) both use the same channel linups?

No.

The required REMAP of the HDHR creates a modified tuning space within that channel lineup that can only be reused by another HDHR.

You wouldn't want it to anyway. The R5000 can record all channels, the HDHR only those in the clear. To do that in Sage means two different lineups.
