extender just quit

We had a power outage, and good ol sage extender no longer finds the sage server. other regular computer based extenders in the house work fine, the sage server works fine. The orange light lights up on the network jack, but no green light, at all. so, I assume I have a dead MVP? thanks, numa

happened to me 2wks before the warranty ran out. hauppauge was helpful in getting a replacement in short order though. had all my electronics on surge outlets for the last year as a CYA.

i second hauppauge customer service. I had two go out on me on separate occasions, and they exchanged them. Never did figure out why, but both of them had hung for a long period of time, like over a weekend, before I noticed they weren't working, just the red light was on. Everything else on the network was working fine, including other mvps. Call hauppauge.
