v6.3.1 bug report with SD extender
In V6.3.1, the MVP extender will not play SD video unless the the enable_internal_push_remuxer is set to false (by default it was set to true). This was also the case with 6.2.10, and changing this setting to false also fixed it, but apparently forces Sage to use the "old transcoder".
Is this supposed to work this way normally, or is this a bug (seems like a bug to me). Thanks, mike

My MVP extender plays SD just fine with 6.3.1 without any properties file changes. Are you trying to transcode from HD?

What is the source for your SD content? My MVP can't play SD from an r5000 source for the last few versions Sage, but has no problem with SD content from other sources.

In fact, with recent versions of Sage, the recordings seem to have a lot of trouble being played back by VLC and WMP. VLC will play the R5000-hd content fine, but the time in the player always says 0.00/0.00 while playing, so it's not reading the time properly. Seeking using the slider doesn't work, it always just restarts the program. WMP has the same issue. On HD HomeRun content, vlc just seems to fast forward through the whole program, and I never get any audio. WMP play it, but again with no timeline indicator and all seeking broken. Something is pretty seriously hosed here. This used to work fine in 6.1.*. Thx Mike

This tread gives a link to a TSSplitter.ax replacement that I tried a while back with success:

Hawg-
Just wondering if this worked for the mvp issue with stb recordings we've been discussing in a few different threads?
