Batch file to shutdown Sage (not sleep)

I want to create a batch file to shutdown Sage before I defrag the drive once a week. I have read this thread:

but I'm still missing a few pieces. Do I put [SendMessage -c SunAwtFrame -n "SageTV" -m 16 0 0] in a file called ShutdownSage.bat and have windows task scheduler run it a minute before I start defragging? I don't see any of the window class or user ID stuff talked about in Appendix J in the code. Need a little help to tie this all together. Thanks.

BTW, I'm thinking about using windows task scheduler to execute a shutdown Sage batch, then start the defrag, and then give it 2 hours or so and then execute a batch to have windows restart.

Just did this myself:

Then, I just used the Dynamic Customizable Menu plugin to add a menu choice (I put mine in "setup").
