Loading Profile takes a really long time

I have noticed lately that the time to start SageTV takes a really long time (5 minutes). Most of this time is spent loading the profile. I suspect my issue is that my wiz file is 4 years old and contains alot of viewing stats and many favorites. Can I do anything to speed up the start time, while it generally does not impact me often since I do not need to restart SageTV too much.

Anyone have ideas? Is there any utility I can run against my wiz file to optimize it or maybe clean out really old Watched data.

As the database gets larger with your history of what you've watched/etc, it does take longer to load/process the data. Lots of channels and imports might have an effect on startup times too. The hidden malore menus have a viewing history menu where you can check old watched/don't like marks, but clearing that info won't always result in the show data being removed later on.
