DVB-S setup in Windows not working

Good day
I am a new trial user of the SageTV program and have been having the following problems scanning for channels.

Hardware
Twinhan 1020a
Nvidia 7600GT
Intel p4 3.2

Software
Nvidia pure
Twinhan BDA driver


Within SageTV setup I see two tuners: DTV 878 Virtual BDA (Doesn't work) and DTV 878 Filter Tuner (Kinda Works)
I add the latter, and Select DTV 878 Filter source, the preview fails, which is expected, since it doesn't know what satellite to use. When I press "Select" again, it goes to the next step which gives me 2 options, "Use TV Tuner on Capture Card to tune Cable TV" and "Use Tuner on Capture Card to tune Antenna/Broadcast".
Neither found any channels when I completed a scan

Any one else have this problem ? Any help is appreciated.
