Feature Request - Adjustable Tuner Params while picture is visible

With my 2 Tuner setup, I know can't use my the Win2000 App to adjust the colors of my 2nd PVR-250 anymore. Why would I want to do this? Well, it's kind of nice to see the image I'm adjusting. SageTV doesn't currently allow this.

Hence, my request. Don't know how difficult this would be, but it sure would be nice if the Advanced Setup dialog could be active while the display is active on a Tuned Station. It currently must be the Startup Screens Home Page (or, rather, the Page it goes to when I hit the Setup Button on the Home Page).

It would be sufficient to have this work only in non-FullScreen mode if that makes life easier. That's what I have to do in Hauppauge's Win2000 App as well...

On this same note, it appears that the selection of which Tuner Card I'm referring to on the Multimedia Tab (I think that's the Tab in question) of Detailed Setup doesn't apply to the Advanced Settings pop-up. I set it to Tuner #1, go to Advanced Settings to adjust the Color Settings, go back to Detailed Setup to select Tuner #2, then back to Advanced Settings again and find that it appears the Color Settings are now what they were adjusted to for Tuner #1.

Is this what was intended? And, if so, would it be different if I had two different kinds of Tuner Cards installed (which obviously would have different Advanced Settings dialogs).

The reason I ask is because, as you may recall, I have two different versions of the PVR-250. The 2 cards differ slightly in the Tuner Chip used. Hence, the color on the 2 cards is slightly different - requiring different settings for getting the proper color on each. This is made all the more difficult by not being able to select which card I am using while simply viewing.

I do have workarounds for the above issues:

1 - To use Win2000 App to adjust the color, I can go into DevMgr and temporarily Disable one of the PVR-250s and reboot. Then, there is no ambiguity in Win2000 App as to which card I am using.

2 - It's a bit simpler in SageTV where I can simply go into the Setup Wizard and "remove" one of the cards. No reboot required here.

SageTV seems to honor whatever Color Settings I've set with Win2000 App fortunately.

Are you re-working this area of SageTV?

This'll be in a future version where the color controls will be more easily accessible and adjustable with video shown.
