Basic sageTV question

Just downloaded the trials of BeyondTV and Beyond Media last night and was very pleased with the easy ability in Beyond Media to watch my xvid and divx files by going through my hard drive with the remote control.

I was looking through the feature listing of sageTV and wasn't able to easily determine if there is a similar functionality within SageTV to watch videos in various formats such as WMV, move, etc without having had recorded them with sageTV.

I did read the FAQ and search first.

Those would be imported videos & would be listed in the video browser -- see the top of p. 87 of the v6.2 PDF manual for blue links to other parts of the manual about how to setup the import directories and a list of some of the video types you can import/play.

Sweet! I knew it had to be in there. Sage would do well to showcase this feature more prominently, i think its something a lot of people are after.
