Version 6 Upgrade License Key Issue - Plz Help
Hi guys,
I've had this problem once before, but I can't find any of the emails that I had to resolve the issue. I had to reinstall windows on a server pc and I installed the latest version of Sage. I put in my post version 5 key (from pcalchemy). I then restarted Sage and put in my version 6 upgrade key without changing the name. I'm getting an invalid key message (see attachment). Any help would be awesome. Thnx

I removed your attachment because it showed your key. It was hard to read, but it looked like the name field might not have been a name... did you enter the license & name exactly as it appears in the email containing that info?
If you can't find your old emails & there was some sort of special procedure to fix this,you may need to contact support again. - Andy
