PLextor TV402U & Remote Control

Hi There,

I own the plextor for more than a year now. Had to wait 2 months for it to return from Plextor RMA (took them 2 months to send me a new one, still have the broken one too... :S).

But, Since I got the PVR I never got the Remote Control working. Now I have SageTV and use PLaceshifter on my laptop I would like to know how I can use the remote control. There's no software from plextor with it..

Do I need to have specific software, or a driver to get it working with SageTV?

All I can see on the outside is "Plextor" on the remote, and RC-202A P/N 129-0601-00 at the back of the receiver. When I open up the remote i see a chip "LAN em78p447sam 0349f bc3c26" and another one "crb 455e". On the inside of the casing there's "remoter".

Can somebody help me out?

omg, you are never gonna believe this. Plextor mixed up the remote and reciever of my orginal package! The new one I just opened up and connected works like a charm. That's really strange, the remote only works on one receiver so I think they mixed up some of them :O

Well for now this works, but it isn't a 'real' remote control.. it just acts as a keyboard and mouse. Any better remotes out there?
