DVI No audio

I just rebuilt a new system and installed the PNY Gforce 8500GT card. I have the 8500 dvi connected to the STB and the RCA connectors from the sound card to DVI composite audio in.

I am getting no audio. This used to work on my old 6200 card but for some reason not on the 8500.

Any suggestions!!!!

How do you do that? All of the ports on that card (TV-out, VGA/D-sub and DVI port) are outputs, not inputs. You would connect the DVI on the card to your TV. Or TV-out to the HDTV adapter included with the card. The video card wouldn't go to STB. Your tuner card would accept the s-video from your STB.
