SageTV Recording schedule help.

Hi Guys

I'm new to HTPC and Sagetv. only 5 days new. I bought a prebuilt and configured HTPC so I'm still learning. so far I'm very Happy with the unit. Sagetv has many more options then my Replayty has. Ok here's the newbie Question:


In the "Recording Schedule" folder, There are alway a LOT of show schedule to be recorded that I never told the unit to record.
It's like it making suggesting of shows it thinks I might like and recording them for me on it's own. ie: It seems to think I'm a pre-teen and has taken to recording every episode of Power Rangers known to mankind I'm sure this is one of the great features of the Sagetv software,kind of like the theme feature in ReplayTV. But please how do I turn it off ?

Setup => Detailed Setup => General
At the bottom is an option 'Enable Intelligent Recording'

You might give it some time, though, as it will become much better at deciding what to record the more you use SageTV.

Will do. But first I wanted to know how to shut that bad boy off.

If go though the recording schedule every once in a while and set all those "Power Rangers" airings as "Don't Like" Sage won't record them. After a week or two of Sage learning what you like (things you watch) and thing you "Don't like" it actually works really good.
