R5000-HD Dish, h.264 hw accel

NVIDIA 8500 GT, Win XP, latest Cyberlink decoders

Had good playback of h.264 files from r5000-hd - CPU usage 50%

Upgraded to latest beta drivers with h.264 hw accel, CPU drops to 5% but playback stutters.

Tried ATI 2600 PRO - CPU 5% but still stutters.

So the only smooth playback I can get is without HW Acceleration. (I'm assuming low CPU usage is an indicator of HW Accel).

Ideas?
