What looks like Closed Caption from HDHomeRun?

I've just set up a SageTV system for someone, and when we display the picture on his screen, he gets what looks like Closed Caption data at the top of his screen. When he uses the OTA tuner on the TV, we don't see this.

Anyone have any idea what's going on? How to get rid of it, as it kind of messes up the whole HDTV feel.

are you talking about a white line or something at the very top of the screen, like a couple pixels tall?

If so, adjust the aspect ratio to move the white line off the screen. You aren't seeing it on the TV's OTA tuner since the TV is probably overscanning it off the screen.

Well, a flickering white line.
