Problem with 2nd Mvp License

I recently bought another mvp, my second, and had no problems running both with one license, one at a time. Yesterday I bought a 2nd license and can't seem to register it. I have unplugged both mvp's, stopped the service and all sage programs. When I go to the registration utility it says I have 1 valid license, I enter the 2nd and it says I have entered a valid license I now have one valid license. If I unregister the second license everything works as before and it says I have one valid license. I bought my original mvp and sage SW from pcalchemy over a year ago but don't remember registering a mvp license, just the server SW. Any input would be appreciated.

Since you said you already did the main thing of making sure that SageTV & the service are not running at all when you register the extender license, you should contact SageTV tech support.
